yep, you are correct on that one because even though Saddam was a brutal dictator he wasn't a religious extremist, he was secular

That would explain why he built 50 grandiose Mosques and had a Koran written in his own blood. Likewise the $25,000 he gave to the family of every Palestinian suicide bomber.
