Thanks Atin, as usual I'm impressed with your response. I just read the spec for their "eBridgeT Interactive Web Response System", you're right it's got MS products all over it. Plus it supports any Internet phone which is compliant to the ITU H.323 standard (Microsoft's NetMeeting, Intel's Internet Phone, and Netscape's Conference Communicator). I don't know about the roots of the company name, but before knowing 'Fusion', NMSS' IP gateway, I liked eFusion= electronic fusion, goes well as an e-commerce name. It might just be a coincidence and not many will know/notice what you just pointed out.
