Re: Magnum Hunter Resources Corpora (MHR-PD) 8% Preferred (volume 40,900 @ 10:30AM) Continue to see heavy volume trade which indicate the company deploying another tranche of these to raise capital. At a price of $47.00/share, the yield would be 8.5% and probably be a price I might nibble at some of these. At a price of $44.40/share the preferred would yield 9% & at $42.00 the yield would be around 9.5%. My strategy is to eventually move my MHRpC monies over to the MHRpD paper w/ the expectations that MHRpC would be paid off sometime in Dec 2011. I currently hold a small tracking position in MHRpD so I can watch the monthly volume and price activity. EKS
