There needs to be a government central planning org charged with building all retail outlets, Comrade.

It's worked so well everywhere it's been tried. Or if it didn't, it's only because the right people weren't running things.

If the shopping mall were owned by the government (socialism), it would still be operating.....there just wouldn't be any customers.

Then do some research? Retail was way overbuilt in this country during the Bush years. Do you at least know that?
