Threats of downgrades will only cause the U.S. government tyrants to lie more and more about tax revenue, unemployment, inflation, growth, spending, deficits, debt, mortgages, housing, foreclosures, and consumer confidence, as they whip the taxpayers harder and harder. The bastards are extremely desperate and out of options. There is no way to know what type of brutal totalitarian measures they will order next against innocent civilians in the United States, or what type of disasters they will engineer to divert attention away from the grim economic realities they've concocted. 2.5 years into a dark era of post-capitalism and counting. -ng-
