Since I posted the last post, (the one I am replying to), Virgin mobile went up $10 to $35 per month.

So we have decided to stick with Verizon wireless and just start over with a brand new plan.

We ended up buying Mikey his phone at Costco.

Verizon wanted $100 for the LG Octane and it was free at Costco.
Can you believe that? We have been customers for YEARS and they couldn't budge. Also, Verizon did not offer the $10 per month texting plan for 1000 messages, they only offered $20 for unlimited.

So the new plan is $39.99 + $10 + taxes = around $55 - $60 per month on top of our $233, so we are right around $300 per month for 6 phones and we get to do this all over again in a year and a half when my last son turns 13!

Happy Birthday Mikey!
