Brad, the financial engineers in wall street are coming up with new financing versions everyday. For companies with limited access to capital markets (which unfortunately, in view of the last release, IPMCF is one), they have chinese torture tools. See for instance a group of posts I did today on the GATE thread, where a new very "solid" on the surface financing was made, but which is neverthelessnothing less than a kind of a floor less convert guarannteeing almost that the price of the stock will be halved within months. Got to read between the lines with these new financial tools they are inventing every day.

Brad; I assume that if they want the property they must raise money. The lower assays will probably change the price paid for the property. they might make it a lesser amount with a per ton fee as they mine it to make it palatable to IPM.
