Maybe it seems too simple to me: nobody but wash traders buying and the few believers left aren't selling.

If one controlled 60-75% of the tradeable float such moves would be trivial. Just look to the Dec 2009 rally from $1 to $7.45 on dilution and hype.

Nothing complicated. Just a ton of wash trades that cost only a trivial amount in commissions.

Well that was a heck of a come back on nothing good, IMO.

Just does not make any sense to me.
