I follow both MU and MUEI, but I don't own either at the moment. When, and which, should I buy?

Thanks,

Eric

Just received MUEI Annual Report, proxies, etc. in U.S. Mail Saturday.

One of the proxie Votes was to double the amount of shares to be made available for 'Directors' ' options to buy more shares of MUEI. How would you Vote on that one?

Another weird situation described in Disclosure was Directors' have been borrowing monies from MU (parent company' to purchase more Stock through MUEI stock options. Is this Legal; espec. when some Directors are also Directors of MU? What's going on here? Whose controlling What, and whose Markets?

In addition, Directors seek rather gigantic 'poision pill' aspects to really penalize and discourage anyone from buying (or owning) MUEI. If MUEI is ever sold, the current Directors' will retire on a mountain of Buyer's Cash. IMHO, shame they are discouraging outsiders' from buying MUEI and IMHO discourages outsiders' from making any Offer(s).

Joshi...did you get the Annual Report...Read it thoroughly! Yours and anybody elses further analysis & Comments would be appreciated.
