"The debt is high because taxes are at a historical low."

No...the debt is high because spending is at a historical high. If taxes were increased, you could be that spending would again be increased.

kenny..."The debt is high because taxes are at a historical low.".....

Well kenny, was there any debt before there was any spending?

If NO then spending causes debt...right?

Look at it this way ...what came first the debt or the spending. I'm sure your brilliant legal mind can figure this one out?

Here I thought the debt was high because the fed was buying up the debt. I think the Fed has an unlimited supply of currency. Therefore we need not have not any fear of them ever running out of funds. I think it has something to do with David Copperfield the illusionist but I am not sure. I think Copperfield showed the FED how to make skids of money appear out of thin air. What I didn't understand is why Copperfield just didn't do it himself every night on stage and then just distribute the newly created money to his audience. It would be a top rated show every performance. It might even outdraw the Charlie Sheen show. But considering the intelligence of the American people I am not sure.

The debt is high because spending is at hysterical highs.

Kenneth

You aren't a lawyer, or maybe you are-----you are arguing in circles.

The fact is that the arguments you are making are specious.

You are always crying wolf.

Well who has been the wolf-----Obama and his allies in Congress and all of the appointments he has made to circumvent the elected officials in Congress.

Defund the Federal Government with the exception of defense----get the Obamaites out of our pocket books and lives

The debt is out of control because spending is at all time highs.
