This is the so-called antenna problem writ new. There are those that keep hunting for something to destroy Apple's success. The stored data brouhaha is not it, but they'll keep hoping they'll find that dastardly criminal act or technical design mistake that will bring Apple down. After all, how can Apple be the most successful technical corporation in the world? They don't make things the way these right-thinking people declare they should be; so they don't deserve to stash $BILLIONS in the bank EVERY QUARTER. They are as Comodos (Walking Phoenix) said in Gladiator, "I am vexed, VERY VEXED".
