Actually, a lot of people know, not think, that bush was a total F'ing idiot and wasn't qualified to run a lawnmower, let alone a country. They know that bush's reckless and irresponsible management of the country took it beyond repair. Bush handed O a lemon with a blown engine and transmission Bush was a total ahole.
