Larry, I also checked out idtc and can say that there are numerous similar companies out there all having done well by the surge in communications stocks and takeovers. I have some reservations regarding any resellers of time blocks and I think the big guys will ultimately deal with that aspect of the telecom business limiting their growth ie.,MCI running a .05 cent per minute price on Sundays. That may also be a reason why IDTC is diversifying their areas of business. In any case I still can't argue against holding a large portion of one's portfolio in these stocks. I currently have MCIC, Lucent, and Frontier Communications. I have also been tracking the clecs and sold my GTE before the merger offer with MCI. All of this area has been great, but I think internationally VOCLF is the ticket and what has made them believeable is Deutche Telecom buying a large stake in them. Ted
