Yeah,

Regulators and scamsters alike know is is oh soooo Gauche to blatantly fix a race. All this takes dedication, passion, and plain hard work.

Just like a real job I suppose.

Now we are getting into a new version of world wide depression, it's important that we get this gambling vice sorted.

The state likes lotto, banks, fiat currencies, and the stock market. Lots of room to fit some of the boyz where they can earn some decent buckeroos. Prostitution, drugs and legitimate business (for money laundering purposes) is best left to the criminal classes.

At least in Asia they don't pretend it doesn't happen. For some reason I get the feeling that our Western nations are more stupid then the Asian nations. Maybe the problem lies somewhere there.
