Ibexx - Re: "Intel & SSTI" I'm surprised - SSTI is this little company in the Bay Area. I know their V.P. of design! From what I read in the IEDM proceedings, SSTI uses a split gate Flash EPROM cell - as opposed to the stacked gate that Intel uses. Thus, the suit must be over some other aspect of their Flash Eprom cell. SSTI is fabless - and they use TSMC as their main foundry, as I recall. I'll get more info next week - I'll have morning coffee on Tuesday with my SSTI friend. Paul
