"So we have many exciting issues to discuss ... "

Well, ... I, for one, look forward to observing the content of those issues and the progress of those discussions.

Chinu - O has brought this whole controversy on himself by not being transparant as he labeled himself during the campaign.

Here is a Hawaiian senator's comments:

If it were just the birth certificate, that would be one thing, but it's his school records, it's employment records. … Why would anybody, let alone the president of the United States, spend millions of dollars in legal fees to keep that hidden?"

"As long as that goes on," he concluded, "I think it's a legitimate issue."

As WND has reported, besides Obama's actual birth documentation, the president has refused to release his Punahou school records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, passport, medical records, files from his years as an Illinois state senator, Illinois State Bar Association records, baptism records and his adoption records.

Personnally I prefer to believe that if there was anything behind this stuff it would have come out during his run to the Presidency or that the dem party would have disqualified him and not let him run. But it seems easy enough for O to put all this stuff to bed by releasing his records. That he hides the stuff keeps the controversy brewing.

Having said that, I think we need a Obama opponent who can very effectively articulate how ineffective Obama has been in meeting the fundamental goal that the people voted him in for. How he squandered away the wealth and instead of fixing the evils of Bush, he went ahead and indulged in them. Both Bush and Obama added to the deficit. BUsh added 4 trillion in 8 years and Obama added 2 in 4 years.

Obama has also some strong points in his favor that he likely will bring up. So we have many exciting issues to discuss and even though the "society trash" folks keep debating his birthplace, we can ignore it altogether.

Well said.
