....this contract and the stock action today tell you 1) without any news, 6-8 was a very rich price 2) many who unloaded today have no idea why they owned it in the first place and either made a nice profit and dont care, or figure this is it at least for a while in a very nervous mkt 3) this was a very major deal that give recurring yearly revenues, upside in providing power to outside industry as well as equipment sales to consortium in construction of power facility, as well as a new turkey model for the rest of Latin America, and monster credibility in the business 4) this stock now should move ON FUNDAMENTALS over the short to intermediate term which to me is 2-6 months to north of $10, with upside generated based on new deals which will now materialize in the environment of active ongoing business, and institutional buying, of which there has been almost none...after all, when they have over a buck a share on the books for yrs, give it a cheap mkt multiple, and there you are...
