It doesn't say who the options are for anywhere. From looking back through SYCR's filings, the shareholders approved 800,000 options last year. By looking at SYCR's proxy statement (Executive Compensation, Page 5), none of those went to upper management. Neither Poertner or Taylor have received any options since 1995. If they were going to load themselves up with options, they would have done it last year when the price was below $1. I think this is on the up and up for the new people coming in to the company. As for who gets the proxy statements, anybody who owns 1 or more shares.
