ftj, i hope so. it doesn't matter what i think. or mike. what matters to you is what decisions you make with your money.

investing means your analysis adds value. if not, then you are gambling. i had to erase 1 of my two portfolios to learn that you can't consistently add value through analysis on bb stocks. too much fraud and corruption with way to few penalties.

that is why i don't like rmil nor do i like 99.5% of small stocks.

other red flags have to do with their misleading press releases that always portray the favorable and not the whole story.

why? something to hide?

Ftjoe,
I think that what Mr. Kugler is getting at is
1) look at acquisitions in recent 10k
2) You get restricted stock at valued price x for acquisition
3) At the time that the shares become no longer restricted the contract says that OVIS has to make the number of shares = price x.
4) So, upon the time you receive your restricted shares you short stock using the restricted shares as collateral.
5) The price of the stock drops partly because of shorting.
6) Now comes the time that your shares are no longer restricted.
7) The number of your shares are valued now much lower than price x.
8) OVIS per contract has to give more shares to bring your value up to price x.
9) Number of outstanding shares grows by the difference.
Mr. Kugler,
Is this what your getting at?
sincerely,
Hraka
