There are also a lot of wiggle words in the article, China should/may do this and that, plus there is no time frame. China should reduce holdings by 2/3rds over the next 20 years is substantially different from China will reduce holdings over the next year. They may lead to the same place but one allows a yawn and a few more naps.

Gold and silver up, but not spectacularly (0.4% & 1.8%).
