No. This guys uses 'recovery' where you use 'restore' but the point's the same. There's a ton of stuff on this. JFGI.

EDIT: P.S. You may want to investigate imaging (yet another function) if this is a new PC with Windows 7. I don't run Win 7 but I'm told Microsoft provided a decent imaging function with it.
