<1. Jim Sinclair's next significant number for gold is $1521.>

But he said yesterday he doesn't expect the USD to bounce much until 72. He also seems more confident that 1650 is a lock soon.

<3. Silver's chart looks parabolic to me>

Most definitely.

<4. Silver stocks don't seem to want to follow silver higher.>

Miners were already expecting a daily cycle bottom towards OPEX.
They will rise soon, imo, once the metals pull back and begin the next move which I believe will be next week. Many silver stocks will also be reporting earnings soon. SLW on May 9th I think.

<5. It's almost May when PM rallies tend to make an intermediate top.>

PMs topped at the very end of May or beginning of June 2 years ago. Also, I mark the end of Jan 2011 as the last intermediate bottom after the previous one in Aug 2010. An intermediate top here would make this intermediate cycle extremely short which would make me question if Jan 2011 was in fact an IT bottom at all. So I disagree that the IT top is at our doorstep. End of May early June is more likely IMHO. A lot can happen in 5 weeks.<G>
