Yes, I had noted the piling up of reserves, but don't understand the reason. Perhaps simply the safest trade in the universe. Borrow at near-zero, get something larger back with absolutely no risk.

When the excess reserves get into the system, we will have some sort of event, I don't know what, but they cannot simply sit there forever.

JPM may have to draw down to pay for its silver shorts. vbg
