The problem was the old PR -- if the second had been the first, we would not be seeing this.

I hope that NPT has learned their lesson -- it is one thing to be frugal, but they have just peeled off millions of dollars of value and immeasurable shareholder good will and confidence -- by what would appear to be a penchant for frugality!

Truly ashame!
