I've never said that. Many Ds participated in causing the recent financial crisis. But it was a decades long R Crusade against the workers and the poor in which they participated. LBJ was one of the most destructive Presidents ever. Nixon was a criminal and a horrible President, but a very capable executive. Ford wasn't up to the job. Carter was a clown. Reagan was an idiot. Bush I was a very underappreciated President who saved us by reversing some of the Reagan garbage. Clinton built on the Bush courage. Bush II tore down everything his Daddy and Clinton built. Obama seems lost. Where is there party prejudice in there?
