Hi -- I pass by Stockton to ski -- that is about all. You should see rivers of headlights streaming in from the Livermore area heading west at dawn each day. Ask the Europeans about $4 gas -- they will wonder why we burn it up so cheap. $8 gas would be enough to solve 80% of our problems. But in America, you would never see that kind of foresight.
