Exactly, but it's a phrase used by politicians every time oil spikes... there is no way in the world that you or I sitting at home alone in front of our PC can conspire to raise world oil prices, that is so absurd, it's actually comical... the FACT is that the arabs have cut back on production, and any REAL American President would put the heat on those rag head arabs to increase to full capacity or else... but we have this moron at the helm who botches everything he touches... I'm sick of seeing his camel shit face on my TV screen every 3 minutes blaming everyone and everything for the current problems... The fact is that odumbo is the biggest and most criminal speculator in the world by rolling the dice with that pork filled stimulus plan that failed miserably... GZ
