What do you think about M.O. Tec 9961 mentioned as one of the 15 net-nets article? Margins are very low and it actually went up after the earthquake, which is expected. OTOH, it's still quite cheap.

Another one that might be interesting from the 15 net net list is Seiko PMC 4963. But this one is not really an earthquake story.

I have to find more time to dig through these Japanese companies. On the ROE side they all suck, on Graham side a lot of them are cheap. Not sure if I wanna invest.
