mike, scam are so unbelievable. i wish i had this kind of input when i was loaded with sexi. geez. just maybe i would've wised up. maybe not, though. humble carl used to talk smack about what dopes we were for supporting a scam in sexi. i thought i knew better. i lost over 93% of my investment and have paid dearly for my ignorance. my analysis is razor sharp - often months ahead of the herd... however, garbage in/garbage out... it is not humanly possible to add value through analysis to bb stocks on a consistent basis. to many unknowns...

There could be some implications regarding the amount of stock they own at any one time. If it's less than 5% of the company, it may not be restricted. And they don't have to look at filings and short swing profit rules which would require they return the profits back to the company. If it's 10% it's restricted. What's 10% of 3,371,000? Notice you say "may" not be restricted. Throwing your opinion around again? In all my reading, didn't see anything that said an issued restricted share was restricted depending upon what percentage of the company it was. If issued as a restricted share, it was restricted. If you say otherwise, cite documentation. There "could be some implications regarding the amount of stock they own at any one time"?? Well, are you saying there are or there are not? More of your throwing around your opinion??
