How hard is it to drive over the border and buy gas in the US at lower prices?

I realize you live on an island but what about those on the mainland, on the border.

Had a great visit, thanks. Great food, especially -- went to the Spinnaker the last day, yum. I was surprised to see (and hear) how busy the Victoria harbor air was in the middle of a cool week.

I did notice something like 3" nails -- that wasn't it, but it struck me as funny because it was English yet it was a common term (or item) which would of course be the same as always.

That makes sense about the 24" sign (for the Yanks), although I noticed that BC'ers had trouble getting close, too. It wasn't full so no matter, I'm sure they hawk that in the summer.
