To all:
I recently bought a bunch of ACTM based on business nature, customers name and valuations.
I respectfully disagree with the newspaper IBD about the relative strength. To pay attention to that would have saved us some money, but in the mid and long term revenues and earnings count more.
Price/sales ratio is close to 0.6. PE is very low, although it is hard to predict next year eps right now.
My main point to buy was the high growth rate and the very low PS ratio along with a decent PE ratio and reasonable PEG ratio, again assuming next year eps are right.
I will keep mine and send a postcard to IBD a year from now if the stock is 25,
regards,
Alfredo
