Jim, the thing about a Harvard transcript is that it's meaningless. Everyone there gets A's or B's. They figure if you're good enough to get in, you're too good to get a C or D.

This is much different than, say, Cornell or UPenn, where you actually have to try hard to get good grades. ;-)
