I think everybody is going thru freeedgar now (I am as we are speaking). MK's numbers are wrong and I intend to prove it if I can.

I did read the entire 8-K in great detail, because of the merger.

Don't assume that MK's numbers are correct. Check the financials at fredgar.com. I will go over them tomorrow.
