Chris: I am not going to run and hide when the going gets tough. Actually, I went out for a nice dinner with my family tonight. I'm sure I will take a few lumps on IPM, but hey, life goes on. I didn't bet the farm on it, and even if it went to $0 (which it won't, not even close), I will still have a healthy profit from desert dirt investments this year. Just a smaller tax bill than I thought I would have.

Actually, IMO, Charters was proven wrong tonight. IPM is not a scam, there is metal in the desert, verified COC by Bateman Engineering. The problem is that it hasn't been proven that there is as much of it as we have been led to believe.

I don't believe this is the end of the story for the desert dirt companies, but I hold no illusion that this will not result in a setback in IPM's share price.
