That 400,000 shares was cancelled, but no further elaboration as to whether of not they would be reinstated. Only the interestiong part is that the missing vessel seems to have been stolen or something. It is an asset of the corporation. Why is the company not going after it?

Ther is also the claim about the $1,250,000 plus 393,750 in interest plus 15% attorneys fees and unspecified stock. Don't know the status of this either.
