It was one of your boys. But nothing ever came of it. There was nothing he could do. There is nothing that prevents me from posting my opinion here as a private citizen, just like you. I have researched this thouroughly with the NASD, the SEC, and my compliance department. I'm willing to drop it.

al, ok, you are consistent. good. i wish you luck on rmil. again, i don't see any short term impact. long term rmil is dead meat, imho.

btw, are you still in cege? i sold due to the preferred shares. i don't want common, i want those preferred!
