Meanwhile, Trump is providing a valuable service, but at the same time making himself into a one-trick political pony.

The conventional wisdom floating around was that Trump would be to thin skinned for the long political grind. I think that today's events show that the Donald is quicker on the draw and easier to understand than the Thin Man. And the president clearly looked to be the touchy one.

Trump is a shameless self promoter and media savvy and we will learn things about him that he has probably already forgotten, but it's too early to under estimate him.

A ego driven third party run would seem to be the biggest worry at this point.

Can the FEDs can create a whole new id for a witness they would like to protect? Seems to me to create a birth certificate would be a piece of cake. Not that I am saying thats what they did. All I am saying is couldn't it be possible?
