You should consider starting a new residential real estate thread where the politics would be kept to a minimum. I think a lot of people would be interested in that, having 250 posts a day about politics makes it hard to separate the wheat from the chaff.

Well if NGD is gonna hit 100 it better start to roll. I say that with NGD at 39% of PF but it still lags ANV in all time measurements in my PF. We need a decision on Cerro San Pedro and they need to offload El Morro and use the cash to buy a producer in NA north of the border just south of you.That would actually bring in more investors IMO. Hasbrouck PEA to come soon. Not dissing NGD as I have 39% of family's money riding on it I just want it to kick into gear once and for all. If we see 100 on NGD and 400 on ANV I will be doing okay if bread is not 50 per loaf.
