As you know I shorted at 21 and may add to it if the Kayser deal makes price pick up a bit more steam. I am amazed by the low profitability of the business! No hope to fix it in two years even if they triple their revenue the profit picture will not improve unless their software starts selling like hot cakes. I guess whatever business they do is very people intensive (i.e. consulting). Consider the Kaiser deal yes 23MM but they have to deliver and "comb" one of a kind computer system in each of many many locations. Manpower requirements will be significant. Probably they under price just to get the revenue just to get the revenue and who cares! In this market people sales multiples as if these were earnings multiples.
