LOL.. problem though is we vote for 'our candidate' but really everything is dictated from on high ... no ?

from one the VERY few Rush songs I like (there are exactly two :O) Conform or be cast out... Maybe we could eliminate a lot of dead weight and just vote for PM on a seat by seat basis ... but she looked OK :O)

Could have gotten your picture in her slideshow :o)

I just finished shaking the hand of a very lovely lady, Michelle Rempel:

michellerempel.ca

Finally a majority Conservative government on Monday!!!!

I should have had my photo taken with her.

Look at her employment history, never had a "real job" in her life. Seem to have been a party hack for most of it. I think this epitomizes what's wrong with our backbenchers, very little real-world experience. I think it's time to set some experience criteria for anyone running for Parliament :-).

Yes I understand she's a nice person & I will still probably vote for her, but the system is broken as those who want to have a minority reflect their disgust with the whole system.

I think we need a new party that reflects real center of the electorate and is based on facts, sustainability, and basic simple economics.
