I've got a question that David Smith might be able to answer :-

I'm trying to figure out how CSMA is likely to report only a modest 4th quarter profit
after selling off a $250,000,000 property for cash and shares. I realise that
the amount they sold it for is probably far less than this, but even at 10%
of it's value, it's a significant chunk and represents about $2 per CSMA share.
Does the answer lie in the fact that the payment will occur over 8 months,
and that only a small amount of the realized profits will be booked to the
4th quarter ? Does this mean that we have bigger and better things to look
forward to when the balance of payment comes through ? Is Dec 1st gonna
be an early Christmas ?

Regards,

Durro
