Except in this case he can't explain away his father being a British Subject and his mother being under age 21, being able to confer Natural Born citizenship regardless of where he was born. The law and case law is very clear on this point and if that isn't good enough, him being an Indonesian Citizen on top of that (I have a link to his school app. that shows that he applied as an Indonesian Citizen regardless of the crap I remember you claiming many months ago).
