>>they are using pessimistic accounting: not showing income, before all the deliverys are made<<

That's not pessimistic accounting, that's the way it should be done according to most rules of revenue recognition. As I have said here before, it is not the revenue recognition issue that is of concern, just the cash.

>>Belive me, the cash situation are not so bad, as everybody here thinks.<<

Please give us some more background on this, Veiko. Looking at the last published numbers, there was a negative cashflow from operations and only $3m or so in the bank. You must have more information than the rest of us, to be able to make this reassurance.

>>> Leo's mentioned consultants are just for this solutions. <<<

Sorry, Veiko. Either Centura is still sending you false information or you simply refuse to see the writing on the wall. The fact is that one of the so-called "consultants" now has the title of COO per Centura's European office. And even some of Centura's european partners already know these guys have taken the reins from Sam -- whose only apparent reason for still hanging around is that his golden parachute turned out to be too heavy to be deployed effectively.

Admitedly it is somewhat reassuring to see that Centura's European staff has not yet lost its sense of ethics ===>
