yes a landlord can inspect the property with proper notice... so what. let them know that you are versed in tenant law and they will make sure they are jot and tittle correct in procedure.

i rented for MANY years and NEVER had a problem with the landlord. it wasnt until i bought my house and few rentals to boot that i became aware of the myth of home ownership.

you're good fortune is that you have equity in your home and that's good. it still isnt yours until you payoff the loan.
