RAM: Thanks for the nice remarks. They are appreciated. Your comments about having missed the debate during some "interesting moments" is right on the mark. I do in fact miss the ribald commentary and the give and take. Unfortunately the research work load has been significant of late, and I have not had much spare time. Part of the problem is that recent events suggest to me that the bear, so long in hibernation, has finally been roused by a potent partner-in-crime called deflation, and I don't want to miss any important emerging indications that the two of them are breaking down the doors.
