Holland...Cannabis products are only sold openly in certain local "coffeeshops", other types of sales and possession are not permitted, although the general legal approach toward cannabis is de facto decriminalization.

that doesn't look legal to me. can you sell candy bars there

I was in Holland last week. It's illegal except under certain conditions and in certain places. Decriminalizing something doesn't make it legal.

You can't show me a single country where pot is as legal as any ordinary product for sale at a grocery store. The examples you people always use of countries like Holland and Peru always turn out to be no better than what can already be done here in several states.
