You yourself have acknowledged being let down by them in this regard. BTW, I have been away for nearly a week. Don't know what goodies are in my e-mail, nor what responses are awaiting me on this thread. I've decided to go through about 1/3 of the 1,000 posts since I decided to go have a bit of a life.
