Gary: I made it. I have been stressing 3 issues of concern, the financials, Morgan, and the SEC. The board will benefit from ignoring
the individuals, and soley concentrate on the issues. The fundamentals must be supported, I believe, for the squeeze to be successful. The delay in releasing the June 30th #'s is disconcerting to me as I have previously said. It not only makes it impossible to accurately (as possible) analyze the company, it significantly increases the risk of everyone's investment. That I find unacceptable. The acquisitions that I have personally made never affected the closing of a period internally, nor affected the auditing by Grant Thornton LLP.

It is in fact difficult to release all information one has without double confirmation, to avoid lawsuits. You may want to consider that as a group, you prepare a concise questionaire and e-mail it to the company by whomever is closest to management so that you will be assured of the company's response back to you on Monday, in writing.

There are answers to questions you have a right to know, now.
Mike and Riley are also excellent contributors and hopefully will continue to contribute this weekend.

(I recognize everyone contributing to this board, but on this issue, these two gentlemen are very well versed on the stock issue.)

Good luck!
