Here's what I got out of the video. The AP scanned a document. Says nothing about the authenticity of the document. The WH presented something that was cut an pasted and totally screw up but resulted in substantially the same this as the clean AP scan. Why did the WH cut and paste to come up with the same thing the AP got by simply scanning it? Who the hell knows? Why do they do anything?

Alex Jones – “This is a horrible forgery on purpose.” As discussed on cofcc.org yesterday, anyone with a copy of Adobe Illustrator can see that the “document” was an edited graphic and not a literal scan of a birth certificate. No effort was made to conceal this as editing information was left intact in the document file. The birth certificate released by the White House is a photo of a birth certificate, not a scan, that was then heavily manipulated with Adobe Illustrator. Did Obama’s advisers talk him into releasing a birth certificate that would be purposefully questionable? After all, Obama knew the media would defend it no matter what. Meanwhile, Obama’s record is dismal. Perhaps Obama prefers to have the public talking about his birth certificate than his horrible track record as president so far. cofcc.org which has an interesting youtube of Jones discussing the document with one of his in-house graphics experts who concludes, "it's a joke", i.e. it's too bad a forgery to be a serious attempt at deception. Jones does remind us that we were told three years ago that no long-form certificate existed, yet now they produce one with no explanation. It could be that Obama was smirking yesterday because he thinks he is springing a birther trap that will catch all the GOP in it.
