I think that a value investment is when you have a downside protection. When you buy so low that the probability for permanent destruction of capital is close to 0. The probability of GFRE going to 0 is 50% (fraud/not fraud). If it is not a fraud it is a no-brainer, if it is it goes to 0. So, we are speculating if it is or it is not, hence a speculation. Just my opinion.
